A lovely, well kept, 2 Bed, semi detatched, housing association home. One double one single room. Houses built 1980s so are fairly modern. New kitchen just installed. Neighbours are a mix of young families and elderly retired. Very quite area where children play together constructivley. Double glazing all round.
Large garden in front and back and private driveway.
I require a 3 bed house as am expecting 3rd child shortly, else would live here forever! Would love to swap for a home in a similar village outside of cardigan. Would consider most areas within driving distance of the town.
